Save Mart Supermarkets

Plaintiffs achieved class certification and Righetti Glugoski has been appointed as class counsel in a case alleging Save Mart misclassified Assistant Store Managers and Grocery Managers as exempt employees. Righetti Glugoski seeks to recover unpaid overtime, meal period wages, restitution and waiting time penalties on behalf of a certified class of several hundred current and former Save Mart Assistant Store Manager and Grocery Managers who currently work or previously worked for Save Mart, S-Mart, Lucky and Food Maxx grocery stores.
